ECB is the developer of projects that include affordable and market rate housing, live/work, office, and lodging. We have specific expertise in historic tax credit rehabilitation projects, development projects on long term ground leases and in-fill redevelopment.
ECB has raised more than $75 million in debt and equity for projects in which it has a significant financial stake. As part of the equity placement, ECB has raised more than $6.5 million in historic tax credit equity.
ECB also partners with public agencies, non-profit organizations, landowners or corporations, serving as an "in-lieu" developer charged with managing all aspects of a project from concept design, entitlements and financing to construction supervision and property management.
ECB's development Project Portfolio includes numerous rehabilitated buildings in the Presidio of San Francisco and other Bay Area locations, as well as several new construction projects.
