Bay School of San Francisco
ECB is managing the rehabilitation of the historic building at 35 Keyes Avenue at the Presidio's Main Post for the Bay School of San Francisco, a coeducational college preparatory high school. The renovation includes a complete upgrade to the building structure and systems with state of the art classrooms, labs, public areas and educational support facilities.
ECB negotiated a 60-year master lease with the Presidio Trust and helped structure and secure a creative mix of financing that allowed the school to accelerate its startup schedule, build a constituency of new students and conduct a capital campaign for development.
