ECB served as project manager for Jordan Real Estate Interests, LLC on this 94-unit residential project in Oakland's Jack London Waterfront District. ECB managed the entitlement and design process for this eight-story project.
The project required an Environmental Impact Report due to its location within a Historic Landmark District. Final EIR certification use permits approvals were received in 2002. The project site was sold in 2004 to Pulte Homes and is now under construction.
