Ted specializes in projects that emphasize environmental sustainability and historic rehabilitation. He is currently working on Cavallo Point-The Lodge at the Golden Gate, a 55-acre, turn of the century military base located in southern Marin and The Bay School of San Francisco project, a new college preparatory high school located in the Presidio. Ted also contributes to other ECB projects, including the David Brower Center, a mixed-use project that will house environmental non-profit organizations, gallery and exhibition space and affordable housing units.
Prior to joining ECB in 2001, Ted served as director of business development for a high tech firm focusing on delivering integrative management solutions to the non-profit sector. He was also an educational consultant for an education technology software firm. Ted also worked as a project manager for a large construction component company, and operated his own small real estate restoration firm.
Ted earned his J.D. in 1995 from Golden Gate University School of Law, specializing in environmental law and policy. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
