Becky joined ECB in 2001. She has more than 12 years of facilities and administration management experience and an extensive background in office start-up ventures
and tenant improvement projects.
Becky is currently managing more than 250,000 square feet of commercial property in the Presidio of San Francisco and downtown San Francisco, including the
Thoreau Center for Sustainability and Building 38 in the Presidio's Main Post. She oversees all property management functions of these historic commercial
properties, including building maintenance functions, tenant improvements, new building programs, leasing and tenant retention activities. Becky also helps
manage ECB's full-time property management staff at ECB Management Services, Inc.
In her career, Becky managed numerous office expansion projects both nationally and internationally for several high tech firms. She has in-depth
experience and understanding of office start-up ventures from initial programming planning, site and vendor selection, tenant improvement project management,
space planning and design, building efficiency programming, relocation management, recycling and energy efficiency programs and hiring of full administrative teams.
Becky was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sacramento in communication
studies in 1988. She has spoken as several non-profit center conferences on Green building design and management. Her properties have won first place two years in a row for commercial recycling programs in the City of San Francisco. She is also a California licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
